Exchange and Returns
Returns will be processed within 7-10 days of receiving. You will be notified via email once your refund has been approved in our system. Please allow 2-4 business days for funds to appear in your account after receiving this email.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for free within 30 days.
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days.
- We will not accept merchandise that’s missing tags, worn, altered, or washed.
- Shipping charges incurred during checkout are not refundable.
- Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.
Due to high demand, we do not offer merchandise exchanges.
Tip: You will get the right product fastest if you place a second order while returning your first order.

To return a purchase, please follow these instructions:

- Pack product with suitable packaging materials. Ensure the return includes the merchandise in original, unused condition, with original packing materials, and affix a return label to your return.
- Drop your return package off at any shipping location. Send shipping number to our replied email.
No need to follow up. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is completed.
Holiday Return Policy
Any holiday gift you purchase now until December 21st, 2018 at 9:00 am PST can be returned for a refund of the purchase price until January 31st, 2019.
